By using our “centRO XL” reverse osmosis system in combination with our “nephro SAFE” heat disinfection system, we were able to fully meet the long-term requirements of our long-standing customer, PHV Gießen, for economical and energy-efficient operation – without compromising on hygiene and supply security – and have completely renovated the Georg Haas Dialysis Center. The “centRO XL” provides over 4,400 liters of permeate per hour and, thanks to frequency-controlled high-efficiency pumps and energy-efficient module overflow, uses only as much energy as is actually needed for permeate production Thanks to the larger heating tank in our “nephro SAFE” heat disinfection system, we can reduce the number of weekly heating cycles required from four to two – saving energy and protecting the equipment In addition, the use of one large water softener instead of two smaller ones enables significant savings in regeneration salt and rinse water. Efficiency and sustainability in one step! The customer is satisfied – and so are we. Together, we were able to successfully meet expectations and achieve the desired results.
