The economical online-heating solution
HDS unit is the heat disinfection system with the ability to provide an integrated heat solution for the ring main, dialysis machines and connection hose without a storage tank. The in-line boost heater has a more efficient heating process compared to traditional methods.
The HDS is a hot disinfection system based on the instantaneous water heater principle with high power heating elements. This heating output enables both quick and economical heating of the permeate ring line. The HDS is compatible with all DWA reverse osmosis systems. In the system network, the reverse osmosis system takes on the master function.
The combination of the HDS heat disinfection and the optional ultra-filtration module provides excellent microbial conditions for the ring main. The ultrapure water is recirculated into the distribution system and back through the ultra-filter to ensure that the distribution system is kept filled with only the highest quality water.
